Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the item back in its original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and instructions included, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
